Ideas for a craft or hobby?

I am tired of sitting at home doing pretty much nothing but playing on the computer. It’s starting to get old. I like to paint and make unique things, but I’m having a hard time finding something to get into. Any suggestions would be great!
(BTW…we have an old upholstery shop outside which still has the huge sewing machine(and a small one inside)and my dad’s wood working equipment. I’m just afraid of cutting off a finger with it, lol)

A great and rewarding craft or hobby might be making those simple bird houses and then painting them.

You can get a great cardiovascular workout from a rowing machine and offers an all round workout. A rowing machine can be used to burn calories, tone your muscles and lets you chose your exertion level.

A rowing machine is low impact on your joints and are very good exercise for those that may have injuries. Rowing machines have different types of resistance. You can use a water rowing machine, air rowing machine, piston rowing machine and magnetic rowing machines. These different forms of resistance will depend on your preference.

You can also include an elliptical machine for your home gym. There are many inexpensive elliptical machines that are good quality and affordable. You do need to be careful as some cheap machines will fall apart quickly but others are of very good quality. By following the below tips you can find a good machine and get your money’s worth from an elliptical.

Your weight needs to be below the elliptical machines maximum weight limit, you do not need any more advanced features such as a lot of programs or a heart rate monitor, will use your machine at least 3 times a week, you will be the only one using the machine and want to buy a machine while on a budget. If you are an athlete with high fitness goals then you should investment in a more advanced elliptical machine.

Many times buying fitness equipment and creating your own home gym is important for those that are very busy and may not have time to visit the gym every day. A home gym makes it possible to exercise whenever you have some spare time.
