Is a 9×12 bedroom big enough to live in comfortably?
I’m a guy, which I imagine would probably be important in formulating an answer 
Anyway, just renting this bedroom out, moving in september for school, gonna live there 8 months. I’m planning to have a twin bed, dresser, computer desk, and probably a few other miscelaneous things like weights or something (unless the school offers a gym at a low price).
Just wondering if anyone has lived in a bedroom of this size, and whether it is comfy, cozy, or just too cramped?
It’s not too bad. My daughter lived in a 9×12 room with a queen bed for a couple of years and it was plenty of room for her. Although, she did have about an 8 foot closet. And, she kept the dresser in there.
The bed will probably have to be against the far wall, perhaps in a corner, lengthwise with the long side of the room. That will give you about 5 feet of space along the opposite wall. The desk can go there, since it should only be about 20 inches deep (24 max), giving you about 3 feet of room between it and the bed for a chair. Next to that you can put the dresser. You can probably store the weights under the bed. But, I doubt you’ll have enough room to use them, especially if you put more furniture in there.
