If you do not know how to improve your game play, we will give you some tips you may not know about.

For our part, one of the most essential components to improving your game play is addons. So we will list all of the addons for you, what we consider to be the most essential.

Quest Helper is by far the most useful addon. It takes date from all the players who have downloaded it and shows you where to go for the quests you have to complete. After using this for years, it’s hard to imagine the game without it. It makes “questing” a piece of cake.

Auctioneer is a very good addon for making money. It searches the Auction House for items and gathers information on the price. You can make sure you are always selling your items for the right price and never lose out on that extra gold.

Gather is excellent for miners and herbalism. It records where you find ore or herbs and marks it on your map for future reference. They tend to respawn in the same areas so it makes farming easy. If someone in your guild has Gatherer it will also mark their nodes and vice-versa.

OmniCC is a simple little addon that shows you how much time is left on your cool-downs on your action bars.

Recount is fantastic addon that keeps track of damage, DPS, healing, deaths and so on. It is great for raids, as well as figuring out a rotation to maximize damage.

Bagnon combines all your bags into one. Do you get sick of looking through five bags to find an item? Bagnon even gives you the option to search your bag for specific items.

You never underestimate the power of questing. It may get boring, but it will greatly increase your leveling speed. Stack that with Quest Helper and you’ll be going up the levels in no time. While in the lower levels, it wouldn’t hurt to kill any mobs you see around your level. Generally from 1- 15 this is a nice little way to get some extra experience points. When you hit level 10, you will get your first talent points. Every class has three talent trees with multiple areas to put your talent points in.

You will have the ability to pick two major professions and as many minor professions as you wish. The major professions include Leatherworking, Skinning, Herbalism, Alchemy, Mining, Blacksmithing, Enchanting, Tailoring, Jewelcrafting and Inscription. The minor professions are First Aid, Cooking and Fishing. You better choose Mining and Skinning as your major professions. They are extremely lucrative and the best way to make money in the game. Combine them with Gatherer and Auctioneer and you are going to be making more than enough wow gold for mounts, repairs and the like. As far as minor professions goes, the only everyone should have is First Aid. The others are completely up to you to invest your time in.

Note that you don’t be afraid to ask for help from your guild or other people. If you ask an 80 to run you through a dungeon he will most likely expect world of warcraft gold for his time. However, every once in a while you might just find a nice guy willing to help you out for free. World of Warcraft is an immense gaming world with millions of players, thousands of quests and infinite possibilities.
