My husband and I have been thinking about filing bankruptcy for a couple of months now and I just found out today that my dad changed the title of his farm. The way he told us months ago that he was going to do it was to put my name and my brothers on the title so that it would be ours upon his death, but instead of doing that he put changed the title to our names now.
