What should i do to my room?
My room is the smallest room in the house. My bed frame and chest are a oak-beige wood colour, and so is my desk. My bed set is blue, but im planning on changing it once my new bed comes in. I love the colour blue, but i dont want to paint my wall that colour because sometimes i tend to go through phases lol! So i was thinking i should do something light, like a beige. My walls are cream. I tend to hear how light colours make a room look bigger, is this true?

Thanks for answering. My friend painted all her furniture white, and painted her walls this sea coloured blue. So she has a beach theme lol its nice, but it gets boring after a while!!
Any light color on the walls will help brighten the room making it look big. Off whites, creams, pastels (yellows, blues, greens, etc). The light color also makes the room look a little more “classy” in my opinion. If you have a theme in mind then center the colors around it. Themes are often outgrown though so keep that in mind. Ideas for something new (that can be taken down and changed with your phase) are.. cover a corkboard in some piece of fabric that would go with your colors, you can stick notes, pictures, etc to it and it looks really creative but can be taken down and constantly changed. Go take pictures of friends, family, what ever interests you and blow the picture up to frame and add to the walls. Corner shelves and shelves that go on the wall tend to add something cute and they don’t take up your floor space either. Hope some of this helped!

Getting Investors to Ask “Why Not?”
Getting investors to think in this way means all of the pieces of the plan have fallen together neatly. The market need stands on its own as an insightful and impressive opportunity for a business. The strategy you present fits well with the specifics of the market and the product or service you offer. The qualifications of you and your team to lead the business are clear and convincing. The financial returns of the business are appropriate for the risk taken on by investors. When all of this is the case, and the plan itself is impeccably professional and free of errors, the reader will begin to feel some of the excitement you felt when you thought of the idea in the first place.
Due Diligence
However, because it is their job to be skeptical, savvy investors will work extra hard at this point to seek out any reason they can find to disprove that the business makes sense to fund,
rather than merely jumping at the opportunity to hand over cash. They will do their own due diligence, checking the research you have done, checking references for your qualifications, and looking more deeply at your financial assumptions. Though all of this double-checking may sound intimidating, it is all a good thing. This is the process any entrepreneur must go through with an investor to build trust in their relationship and move it to the point where a deal is struck. Assuming you prepared your business plan carefully and ethically, there is nothing they will find which will answer “why not?”
